Several foreign militants were killed in a mop-up operation carried out by Syrian army against terrorist groups in the city of Duma, Northeast of the capital, Damascus. According to reports, western powers and their regional allies - especially Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey - are supporting the militants operating inside the country.
