In the wake of a number of railway mishaps which took place over the past few months, India railways have decided to install Train Protection Warning System ( TPWS) on the Delhi-Mumbai and Delhi-Kolkata route in the first phase, reported the Press Trust of India Friday. The report quoted Indian railway sources as saying that such a system, whose details are yet to be revealed, will be set up on other routes as well in several phases. India\'s has one of the longest railway networks in the world. On Sept. 13, nine people were killed when two train collided in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Two months earlier, 70 people were killed when a passenger train derailed northern Indian state Uttar Pradesh on July 10.
