Israel and Hamas both claimed victory in the latest war on the Gaza territory. But they are both lying and they both lost. Benjamin Netanyahu and Avigdor Lieberman both spoke about Israel’s victory following the announcement of the ceasefire. However, the only winner was President Mohammad Morsi who “sold” Hamas to improve his American relations. The two Israeli war criminals disregarded the fact that the electoral program of their two parties, the Likud and Yisrael Beiteinu, had pledged to topple the Hamas government but failed to do so during the latest war. Every attempt in this direction since the access of the two Fascist terrorist elements to power had also been a failure. On the other hand, Hamas cannot pretend to have won with 150 dead Palestinian victims, including children, versus five dead Israelis; in addition to the destruction of Hamas’ infrastructure in the territory. Nevertheless, I read headlines written by pro-Hamas writers such as “how sweet is victory” and “Israel kneels before Hamas.” This reminds me of the “divine victory” of the summer of 2006 when Lebanon’s infrastructure was destroyed. I want Hamas and its allies to convince whoever is still alive from the Dalou family that they won. A bomb had fallen on the family’s house last Sunday turning it into a hole or a grave containing the family’s remains. Among the victims were five children under ten years old, their mother, father, grandmother and two aunts. What did the Arabs and Muslims do concerning the massacre? They objected. I will not condemn them since they condemn themselves every day. I do however condemn the entire western world, which claims to be civilized and yet takes part in Israel’s crimes from occupation to killing and destruction. This either takes part in batches since Israel leaves one dead victim almost on a daily basis; or in masses such as the case of the Gaza war a week ago or so. Israel wiped out an entire family from the children to the grandmother. What did the western politicians do? They condemned the bus explosion in Tel Aviv that left only wounded victims. The explosion took place last Wednesday, November 21 2012 at 2.29 PM according to a time report carried by Times of Israel, which also read: - The British Foreign Minister, William Haig, who is a neo-conservative, was the first one to condemn this terrorist act at 2.44 PM. Then, the undersecretary of the British foreign office met with the Israeli Foreign Minister, Avigdor Lieberman, the Moldovan brothel bouncer, and expressed his “deep sympathy.” - The spokesperson for the White House, John Carney, condemned the explosion at 2.52 PM followed by the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton at 3.56 PM and the American Ambassador to the United Nations, Suzan Rice who condemned the “coward terrorist” act at 5.56 PM. - The UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon condemned the explosion at 3.02 PM - The French Foreign Minister, Laurent Fabius, strongly condemned the attack at 3.28 PM - The German Foreign Minister, Guido Westerwelle, followed at 4.51 PM The American Senate and House of Representatives were probably the lowest of all since they issued two similar statements where they supported Israel’s right to self defense and condemned Hamas alone. The blood of the Palestinian children is on all these people’s hands: the blood of the Dalou children and every other child including the 1,500 Palestinian minors who were killed by Israel since September 29, 2009. Israel killed those children with the western incitement and protection via the veto at the Security Council. The western countries are partners in the Israeli crimes and they bear an equal part of the responsibility for the occupation, killings, and destruction. Like Dr. Ahmad al-Tibi, I condemn the Tel Aviv explosion. I do not want to see anyone get killed. However, I primarily condemn the Israeli terrorism unlike the partners in crime such as the western ministers and other officials. May God curse them all. --- The views expressed by the author do not necessarily represent or reflect the editorial policy of Arabstoday.
