His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s portrait is the centerpiece adorning the Khalifa Sports City auditorium as part of the Khalid bin Hamad Youth Centres Tournament (Khalid5).
His Majesty in the photograph appears in his sports attire, aiming at the football, while the inscription on His Majesty's athletic portrait reads ":The Principal Sportsman." The snapshot of His Majesty was originally taken when he established the Khalifiya Star team.
His Majesty’s team included Bahraini footballers: Shaikh Duaij bin Salman Al Khalifa, Mohammed Al Ashraf, Eid Morshed, Saleh Marzouk, Salman Al Sindi, Eid Ali, Salem Hassan, Ismail Bakheet, Mohammed Yousef, Ali Hassan, Mohammed Jassim, Mohammed Ali, Jameel Massoud, Abdulrahman Al Romaihi, Ali Majli, Saad Al Kuwari, Jassim Mohammed and Salman Mohammed.
