Egyptian footballer Amr Al Solaia of Al Ahly praised his team’s win over South Africa’s Bidvest football team in the framework of CAF Champions League, saying that they faced one of the most difficult teams in the tournament. He underlined that Bidvest is considered one of the teams strongly competing to win the South African league this season.
He added that the matches against Bidvest were very difficult, saying that Coach Hossam Al Badry ordered the players to play carefully during the second leg match. He added that they were confident that they would qualify for the second round of the African championship, saying that the players performed great match during the second leg.
He added that Ahly’s players were keen to respect the competitor, saying that Badry asked him for focusing on the defensive role. He said, “I performed the role of right wing during the second time of the match. I managed to perform the required role as much as possible.”
He added that the Egyptian league has not been decided yet, saying that the team should perform well to win all the coming matches and to keep the championship for the second time in a row.
