The Arab League condemned the terror attack which resulted in the death of 13 people and the injury of some 50 others as a van plowed into crowds in Las Ramblas tourist area in Barcelona, northeast Spain.
A statement by the Arab League's Secretary General Ahmed Aboul Gheit denounced this heinous attack against civilians, saying that it was in contrast to good values shared by humanity, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
