His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa today received a letter from the Amir of Kuwait Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, dealing with latest regional and international developments and issues of mutual interest.
The letter was delivered to HM the King at Al-Safriya Palace by First Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister, Kuwaiti leader’s Envoy, Shaikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister was also present.
The Kuwaiti envoy was accompanied by Kuwaiti Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and Acting Information Minister Shaikh Mohammed Abdulla Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah.
The envoy conveyed to HM the King greetings from the Kuwaiti leader, who wished the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity.
HM the King welcomed the envoy and the accompanying delegation, extending sincerest greetings and wishes to the Kuwaiti leader and his brotherly people of further progress and prosperity.
He hailed deep rooted historic relations and solid fraternal ties binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, lauding steadily-growing cooperation in all fields.
HM the King stressed developments unfolding in the region, urging unity, solidarity and concerted action to confront all dangers and challenges – out of unified goal and common destiny.
