Egyptian actress Dalal Abdel Aziz expressed her pleasure for the honoring her husband received during the opening session of Cairo Film Festival, saying that she is extremely happy for honoring her husband and providing him with Faten Hamama Award to be the first comedy artist to win this prize.
She expressed her pleasure for participating in “Karma” film, saying that this film will be a great turning point in the history of Egyptian cinema, as it will underline the difference between the different categories and the relation between Muslims and Christians in the Egyptian community.
She revealed that she performed the role of Amr Saad’s mother who is a Christian woman who keeps her traditions, expressing her pleasure for cooperating with Egyptian Director Khalid Yussef who returned to the artistic work after years of absence.
She added that it is the first time for her to cooperate with Director Khalid Yusef and superstar Amro Saad, saying that she aspires to meet the expectations of her fans in all over the Arab world and the staff members who provided her with confidence.
She expressed her pleasure for her participation in “Seventh Neighbor” TV drama show scheduled to be presented during the coming month on Arab satellite channel, saying that she is extremely confident of its success.
She revealed that the new TV drama discusses a number of social issues that are related to the daily life of the Egyptian citizens, saying that what attracted her to participate in the new drama show is the good scenario and the staff of actors who participate in it. She stressed that she prefers to participate in this kind of works which underlines the humanitarian side of people’s lives.
She added that she performs a new and different role if compared to the other roles she performed before since the beginning of her career, saying that the new TV drama show will be a turning point in her career. She added that she performs a role of personality called Noha, saying that she is social character. She described her role in the new TV drama show as a surprise for the fans.
