The UNMCSR chief arrived in the Kingdom in Bahrain to attend the 2017 World Forum for Entrepreneurship and Investment, being held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa.
HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid bin Isa Al-Khalifa and the UNMCSR chief discussed means of strengthening joint cooperation and exchanging expertise to support and motivate young entrepreneurs to invest in the sectors clean industries and alternative energy to protect the environment.
HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid bin Isa Al-Khalifa also met an Italian delegation from the region of Basilicata, led by its President Maurizio Marcello Pittella, and discussed the prospects of strengthening joint cooperation and exchanging expertise.
Pittella hailed Bahrain’s keenness on supporting young entrepreneurs and investors, stressing the importance of such a drive in achieving development and spurring growing, including green economy.
