As many as 30 people, including ten children, were killed when Syrian regime jets targeted Al Mashad district in Aleppo city with explosive barrels, the London-bases Syrian Observatory for Humar Rights (SOHR) said on Thursday.
The airstrikes were carried out in Haritan town in the northern countryside of Aleppo and different areas in Bani Zaid district of Aleppo city, the SOHR added.
This aerial bombardment coincides with the ongoing heavy clashes between Syrian regime forces and opposition fighters in the two neighborhoods of Al Lermon and Al Khalidiya in Aleppo city, according to the SOHR.
