The Human Rights Watch urged all warring parties in Iraq to take the necessary measures to protect civilians. 

It also urged the Iraqi forces to avoid deploying forces inside houses in the residential areas in order to protect civilians from danger. 

Daesh terrorist group launched attacks in areas in east of Mosul province, added the Human Rights Watch.
