Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al Abadi announced the unleashing of a military offensive to Liberate Fallujah city in the central province of Al-Anbar from the ISIS group. 
The Iraqi military forces have provided safe ways for civilians to get out from Fallujah, Al Abadi said. 
Iraqi media reported that the military offensive is backed by the armed forces, the popular crowd and the sons of Anbar tribes.
