The joint Iraqi forces raided Monday the hotbed of Daesh terrorist organization in Ramadi leaving dozens of the group's members dead and injured.
In press statements, federal police chief Ra'ed Shaker said police intelligence cell coordinated with the the army's artillery and aviation departments to shell Daesh hotbed in Ramadi.
Seven vehicles, affiliated to the extremist organization, were also damaged, he noted.
Meanwhile, an explosive charge went off in northern Baghdad, leaving some persons wounded, according to a security source.
