The Iraqi army conducted seven raids on targets of Daesh in Fallujah and Anbar on Saturday, said a statement by the defense ministry.

"Heavy losses and casualties were caused by the raids," according to the statement.

They resulted in the destruction of two military vehicles, two tanks and two houses of the terrorist group, it added.
