Five Iraqi civilians were injured on Tuesday after four bombs exploded south of the Iraqi capital Baghdad.

Spokesman for Baghdad Operations Command Brigadier General Saad Moen said a dual bomb attack was reported in el Mashtal district in Baghdad, leaving two civilians wounded.

Three other civilians were injured after two bombs went off in New Baghdad district, he added.
