The Iraqi jets and the US-led alliance implemented 37 sorties against Daesh terrorist group.

The sorties left and injured dozens of terrorists in the various areas in Iraq.

Clashes between Iraqi forces and the militant group have been ongoing since June 2014 when the armed group seized Mosul and other territories in Iraq.

The US-led alliance started bombing Daesh targets in Syria in September 2014 as part of a strategy aimed at rolling back the group’s territorial gains in Syria and Iraq.
