One person was killed and six were injured due to a car bomb explosion in southwest the Iraqi capital of Baghdad.

    The car exploded in Al Maalef area of the capital, spokesman of Baghdad operations command, Saad Maan, said.

    On the other hand, the War Media Cell said that federal police forces were able to terminate six armed militants from the ISIS group and demolish two car bombs during its mission to liberate the left coast of the city of Mosul, north of Iraq.
