Three Libyans were killed and four others were injured when a mortar shell hit a first aid emergency HQ in Benghazi.

The spokesman for the special forces in Benghazi on Friday told MENA that the army forces were making progress in all fighting areas in Benghazi as planned by the Chiefs of Staff.
