Head of Libya's National Human Rights Commission Al Hadi bin Taleb and the commission board member Ali al Osta were kidnapped by unidentified men on Saturday.
No one has yet claimed responsibility for the kidnapping, the commission rapporteur Ahmed Abdel Hakeim told MENA.
