Thirteen people were killed in Kikla town, southwest of Tripoli, during armed clashes between the Libyan army and Libya Dawn, a movement led by rebels from Misrata.
Doctors are facing difficulties in transferring the injured from the field hospital in Kikla to Gharyan city, where the only main hospital is located, a medical source said.
