One Libyan army soldier was killed and three others wounded in clashes with militants of the Shura Council of Benghazi Revolutionaries over the past two days, a Libyan media official at Gilaa Hospital said on Sunday.
The injured sustained light to medium wounds, Fadia Barghathi told MENA.
Benghazi is the still the scene of fierce fighting between Libyan forces and militants, including those of Benghazi Revolutionary Council or Ansar Al Sharia.
Around 2, 000 people died in Benghazi between the beginning of 2014 and last month, the highest for any Libyan city in that period as a result of fighting between government forces and militants.
