The value of transactions in the commercial real estate market in Poland grew 47 percent year-on-year in the first quarter of 2014 to 1.3 billion U.S. dollars, according to a report by real estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). The total value of commercial real estate transactions in the first quarter of 2013 was 880 million dollars, JLL reported. In the first quarter of 2014, investors were most active in the office space segment, where transactions worth 760 million dollars were finalized. This was followed by retail spaces (410 million Dollars) and warehouse spaces (over 125 million dollars). "The general forecast for the coming months is very positive. We expect 2014 to be as good as or even better than 2013," the report said.
