According to the Land Department statement, land sales took over 46.6% of AED 862 million real estate deals in Dubai, where the value of land sales in this period reached AED 402 million, and mortgages reached AED 209 million.

The statement said that, a total of 211 sales were registered, worth AED 653 million including, 54 lands, 157 apartments and villas worth AED 251 million.
