Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has finished the first phase of Qyady career development program, which was launched recently to cover different employees’ managerial levels.
Mobily completed the phase in collaboration with major business schools like Harvard Business School, London Business School, Esade University and Queen’s University.
In this context, Mobily’s Chief Human Resources Officer Faiez Awadh said: “Mobily believes that career development programs are considered an investment that will benefit both the organization and the employees. It also ensures the continuation of the company’s management strength on medium and long terms.”
Awadh added: “We were keen to collaborate with reputable business schools and undertake variance training courses such as lectures, case studies, business simulation in addition to discussion and the group exercise in order to meet the different aspirations and capabilities, which is the added value expected from such a program.”
Notably, Qyady aims to improve various fields related to improve areas of leadership and communications effectiveness for seniors, as these programs combine traditional and non-traditional education programs, which reflects an advanced education module that simulates modern education methods.
