From a modest beginning in 1999, Abeer has evolved into a world-class health care group with facilities across the Kingdom, Qatar and the UAE. Abeer facilities are also being established in Oman and Kuwait.
Abeer group is operating in India and is building Edu city. It is a project ranging from primary to a fully pledged medical college along with all allied facilities and an ayurvedic center that will cater to people both within India and those from abroad.
During the Abeer group’s trip to Doha, there was a meeting with Qatari Minister of Health Dr. Hanan Al-Kuwairi, in which Alungal Mohammed, the group president, spoke about the Abeer group’s interest in being a major player in the health care service. Dr. Al-Kuwairi welcomed the group and reportedly assured Alungal assistance from ministry.
Abeer will soon start building a state-of-the-art hospital with the latest technology. Alungal expressed his pride over participating in Qatar’s National Health Vision 2020.
