Donga Pharmaceutical Co., South Korea's largest drug manufacturer, said Tuesday that it has established a marketing and distribution partnership arrangement with Bayer Korea Ltd. Under the deal, Donga will be in charge of selling Bayer drugs using its extensive domestic distribution network, with the Germany-based pharmaceutical company being responsible for marketing efforts.
