The United States will send Humvees and drones to Ukraine and slapped further sanctions on rebel leaders, a bank in Crimea and a Russian nationalist group, officials said Wednesday.
The latest measures were unveiled after weeks of White House complaints that "Russian-backed separatists" and Moscow had broken the terms of a ceasefire agreement in eastern Ukraine.
