Two suspects arrested after a deadly attack on a nightclub in the Malian capital Bamako early Saturday were "not central" to the case, a senior police source said.
"The two Malian suspects arrested after the shooting in Bamako, are not terrorists, but bandits," the source told AFP.
"They had weapons to commit larceny, small-scale hold-ups, but they are not central to the latest terrorist acts."
