The 14th European Cultural Festival, to be held from May 10 to 30 in Algiers, Oran and Annaba, will offer a rich programme, including jazz, traditional music, dance and theatre, said Monday in Algiers the Head of European Union Delegation in Algeria, Marek Skolil.
