El Sawy Culturewheel has announced the Chinese New Year Festival, to take place at its premises next Friday 13 January. Working in collaboration with the Chinese Culture Centre in Cairo, El-Sawy will hold events running until Saturday 14 January. According to the Chinese calendar, Friday 13 January will mark the beginning of the Chinese new year, the year of the Dragon. The year about to end was the Rabbit. Events will start at 3pm.
