Culture Minister Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al-Khalifa today received the newlook organizing committee of the 5th Ta-ul Shabab Festival. The 5th edition of the cultural festival is scheduled to open in August 2013 and conclude in September. Chaired by Dr Elie Flouty and seconded by Hishem Al-Saken, the organizing panel includes Eman Marhoon, Hussain Al-Tatan and Maamoun Al-Moayyed as advisor, Mustapha Al-Murbati as coordinator, in additions to heads of initiatives and committees
