A Spanish judge on Tuesday named former Barcelona president Sandro Rosell as a tax crime suspect over the signing of Brazilian international Neymar.
Madrid investigating judge Pablo Ruz issued a written summons for Rosell and club  representatives to appear in his court as suspects on June 13.
