San Lorenzo

San Lorenzo moved to the top of the Argentinian Primera Division with a 4-0 win over Lanus.
Mauro Matos grabbed the opener after 40 minutes but San Lorenzo were reduced to ten men four minutes later as Matias Caruzzo was dismissed. The numerical disadvantage did not affect the home side, though, as Matos scored his second two minutes after the break, Julio Buffarini added a 58th-minute penalty and Martin Cauteruccio completed the scoring five minutes from time.
Banfield won their third game in a row with Nicolas Bertolo scoring the only goal three minutes after half-time in a 1-0 win over Huracan while Crucero del Norte were also 1-0 winners over Temperley courtesy of Fabio Vazquez's 26th-minute strike.
Godoy Cruz fought back twice to secure a 2-2 draw with Independiente. Claudio Riano opened the scoring after two minutes but Juan Garro levelled things in the 26th minute. Diego Rodriguez had the visitors ahead again just a minute after the break but Leandro Fernandez's 58th-minute penalty ensured the spoils were shared.
In the day's other game, Olimpo and Atletico Rafaela played out a goalless draw.
