Olympiacos stretched their lead at the top of the Greek Super League to six points tonight after beating Atromitos 1-0, while nearest challengers Panathinaikos salvaged a 1-1 draw at Panetolikos. Ivan Marcano scored the only goal of the game for Olympiacos in the 53rd minute to give the reigning Greek champions their 11th win in 15 matches this season. Panathinaikos were unable to keep up the pressure on their city rivals, however, as they needed a last-minute equaliser from substitute Jose Toche to rescue a point after going behind to a 63rd-minute goal from Henri Camara. Pana have two games in hand on the leaders, though. PAOK Salonika remain in fourth spot following their 3-1 home win over Levadiakos, with a Vladimir Ivic goal and a Stefanos Athanasiadis brace putting them three ahead before Stefano Napoleoni netted a 90th-minute consolation for the visitors. Fifth-placed Xanthi had a second-half brace from Marko Markovski to thank for their 2-1 win at Ergotelis after trailing to a Nikos Katsikokeris goal at half-time, while a 48th-minute Juan Martin effort gave Kerkyra a 1-0 win over Aris Salonika.
