The Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist attack in the Champs-Elysees region of Paris, France.

In its statement, the Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirms that Bahrain stands with the French Republic and supports its actions to confront all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, and its efforts to establish peace and security," the Bahrain News Agency has reported.

"The Ministry affirms the firm stance of the Kingdom of Bahrain, which denounces terrorism and calls for concerted efforts to eliminate this dangerous phenomenon and all its causes," the statement added.
