The new school academic year will start on September 20 as scheduled without delay, Education Minister Mahmoud Abu-Nasr said.
There are no plans at all to postpone the school year, Abul-Nasr told MENA on Saturday.
The school year will be 210 days excluding weekends and official vacations. The first term ends on January 24 and the second begins two weeks afterward on February 7.
