Higher Education Minister Ahmed Abdel Khaleq said Thursday that he enforced a court ruling to redistribute this year's Damanhour dentistry students to nearby colleges.

The minister said he took the order regardless the geographical distribution rules.

An Alexandria administrative court dismissed a request by the Ministry of Higher Education to cease the implementation of the order.
