Turkey's Foreign Ministry has summoned the ambassadors from permanent member states of the UN Security Council following Wednesday's explosion in Ankara.
The Ministry officials are expected to hold separate meetings with the ambassadors of Russia, China, the United States, the United Kingdom and France, according to Turkey's NTV broadcaster.
A car explosion that took place at a military housing complex in Ankara left 28 dead, while at least 61 others were injured.
