Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday joined the leaders of Germany and France in calling on Ukraine to extend its temporary ceasefire with pro-Kremlin militias beyond Monday, the Kremlin said in a statement.
According to Deutsche Presse-Agentur (DPA) President of France Francois Hollande also took part in the talks.
The statement added that the talks also discussed the possibility of sending observers from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe to control the Ukrainian-Russian border.
