NATO on Monday agreed to extend counter-piracy mission in the Indian Ocean for two years, until the end of 2014. NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen wrote on Twitter that the number of pirate attacks reduced significantly thanks to the international efforts. Rasmussen added that NATO\'s message to the pirates is clear and its resolve is not going away. NATO currently has four Turkish-led warships off the Horn of Africa, in a vast sea area.
