Four Palestinians on Saturday suffered suffocation from tear gas during clashes with Israeli troops in a village in eastern Bethlehem.
Clashes erupted between young Palestinians and the occupation forces in Bekaa area near a separating fence surrounding Dar Salah village.
The Israel soldiers fired tear gas which led to the suffocation of four Palestinians.
