Dr. Talal Atrissi revealed that all of us consider success is the goal, and failure is our permanent enemy to be a successful personality, you have to follow certain steps. You must start observing the basic times in life such as the time to wake up, the time of eating, the time of sleep, the time of work, the time of friends, the time of entertainment.
Atrissi said in interview with Al Maghrib Today that insistence may seem to some as a second skill and must precede the first skill. This is a mistake. Maintaining time is one of the basics, not skills, and this is wrong, where keeping time is one of the basics, not skills, but in the work, it becomes the first skills to form a successful personality.
"The skill of insistence comes to form the rest of the skills that need to organize time, to build the acquired skills and to develop the innate skills to form the personal network," he said.
"The personality is a network of information and skills in a fertile intellectual environment that absorbs all the different experiences and tries to create new skills and experiences, and you need time and effort to organize a successful personality, depending on how determined you are to form this successful personality, Dr. Talal Atrissi indicated.
He added that persistence is the curve that is filled with all the experience, stressing that it also represents the only difference between a successful person and a normal person.
He indicated insistence must be a period of preparation and the first exercises is patience to succeed first, stressing that making less errors leads to greater insistence on success. "To create a successful personality, excellence and success in different fields of life are not identical to creativity," he said, adding that one may be a genius, not successful, and may be successful and do not have the attributes of genius.
Atrissi stressed the need for employing the one's potential and resources, as well as managing it as best as possible, adding that the good management is a skill that can be acquired. "Opportunities in life are many for qualified people, but are very few for the lazy individuals and those who have limited ambitions," Atrissi stressed
"Successful people believe that small successes lead to something great. Their behavior is logical, because they qualify themselves for success and acquire the skills required to the business they want to do. Successful people have the solid will, and are committed to making the understanding of those who have the energy to continue to achieve it," he stated
