Cairo - Arab Today
Health Minister Adel el-Adawi said Tuesday providing human insulin locally for Egyptian patients was a priority for the ministry to combat diabetes.
Adawi asserted that Egyptian market was open for all companies to provide crucial medicines.
He reiterated that there was no place for monopolizing the production of any strategic medicine in Egypt.
This came during the inking of a memorandum of understanding between two pharmaceutical companies.
Such projects contribute to creating job opportunities for youths, Adawi said.
