Health Minister Adel el Adawy said that some Egyptian companies expressed a desire to Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab to pay expenses of 18 medical convoys to Africa.
The convoys will be organized by the Health Ministry and sent to Africans.
This follows directives by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to provide medical support for Africa.
In a statement issued on Friday, Adawy underlined that the Arab Contractors Company was the first company to pay the cost of sending 10 convoys, including the medical staff and medicines, to Africa.
