The Independent Higher Authority for Elections (IHAE) reminds on Saturday, all eligible voters that they must present their original national identity cards (NIC) on Election Day. No other document will be accepted, IHAE informs in a communiqué. And this according to article 60 of the decree-law on the National Constituent Assembly elections.
