HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to President of Sudan Field Marshal Omar Hassan Al Bashir and to the President of the Republic of Cuba on the occasion of their countries National Day.  HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has also sent a similar cable to the two presidents  congratulating them on the occasion.
