Tagammu Party has decided to join the Egyptian Front in a bid to unify all civilian powers and because the coalition is pivoted on the January and June revolutions, party spokesman Nabil Zaki said.
Speaking at a press conference Sunday, Zaki said all the front's parties signed an electoral alliance document for the parliamentary polls during the launch of the group earlier.
The electoral platform of the front highlights the laws that attain social justice in the 2013 constitution, including the labor, education, healthcare, wages, pension laws, he said.
The Egyptian Front is an alliance of political parties that will run in the 2014 Egyptian parliamentary election and was officially announced earlier today.
Its affiliates are: the Conference Party, Tagammu Party, Misr Baladi (My Homeland Egypt) Party, Egyptian Patriotic Movement, Modern Egypt Party, Al-Ghad (Tomorrow) Party.
