HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa has received a cable of congratulations from Council of Representatives Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla on his appointment, by a royal decree, as Governor of the Southern Governorate.

The Shura Chairman wished the newly appointed governor success in his new post to bring further achievements in the interest of the homeland.
