Deputy PM Abdel Salam Al Badri

 A Libyan delegation will visit Egypt to offer condolences over the beheading of 21 Egyptian Copts by Daesh militants in Libya, said Media office of the Libyan cabinet.
The delegation will be chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Abdel Salam Al Badri.
On Monday, the Libyan parliament announced a three-day mourning and lowered flags to half mast at state institutions.
A video has emerged apparently showing the beheading of 21 Egyptian Copts who had been kidnapped by the terrorist Daesh group.
The footage shows a group wearing orange jumpsuits being forced to the ground and then decapitated.
