The Lebanese army has been intensively deployed in area of northern Bekaa and on the border areas with Syria, especially in the areas of Al-Qaa, Ras Baalbek, Al-Faqiah, Miqraq, Al-Labwah, Al-Siwaniya, Namal and Arsal.
The Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) said today that the move was aimed at reducing the illegal entry into the Lebanese territories, and at preventing the entry of militants.
